Norbert Mehl, Founder & CEO

Norbert Mehl is a Swiss-born, New York and Jerusalem-based, dealmaker, serial entrepreneur and international finance professional engaged in startups, venture capital, private equity, M&A, financial services, global luxury markets and real estate. With over three decades of transactional experience, he has been involved in a wide range of complex business ventures across multiple jurisdictions and industry sectors, and has been frequently quoted by leading financial media. His clients have included hundreds of financial institutions throughout the United States. He is the founder and CEO of Mehl Partners (p/k/a ExitHub and Global i Ventures), Midrash.Tech, BanxCorp and Panache Privee. He holds an MA degree from the University of Buenos Aires, Faculty of Economic Sciences, and is an American-Israeli-Argentine citizen.

Avi Mehl, Venture Partner

Avi (Andrew) Mehl is a consummate fundraiser, business development and corporate finance professional. He works with early-stage and late-stage startups, established businesses, corporate acquirers, strategic investors, family offices, VC and PE firms to identify potential M&A, funding and investment opportunities. He is the founder & CEO of NewComp Ventures. He previously served as director of marketing at Eagle Point Funding, and as a financial advisor at AXA, where he held his Series 7 and 63 FINRA securities licenses. He holds a BA degree from Columbia University, and is an American-Israeli citizen.
